Now you will be able to pay someone via UPI ID without going into any personal or group chat.
Send money from Whatsapp is easier than ever, the company added another new feature
The messaging platform, Whatsapp, has introduced the UPI (Unified Payment Interface) based payment facility in India last month. Although the WattsAPT feature has not yet reached all the users, beta users are using it to send money.
Now Whatsapp has added another special feature in it. We received information about this from a user posted on Twitter. According to which WhatsApp users will now be able to make payment via Send To UPI ID. This means that now you will be able to pay someone via UPI ID without going into any personal or group chat. Earlier, the user had to go to chat and tap Attach or Plus button and then had to send an empty gate.
This new feature will appear after you open the Whatsapp app and go to Settings> Payment> Send Payment> Send to UPI ID. After reaching the send to UPI ID, enter the UPI ID of the money you want to send and then transfer the nominal amounts.
For details, please tell that the UPI ID can be obtained from any government, private payment bank or some digital wallet. This new WhatsApp feature is currently available for Android users as V2.18.31 Stable version and v2.18.75 Whatsapp Beta version is available for Android users. Here you can find out in detail by clicking on how to activate the Whatsapp payment feature.
Apart from this, WhatsApp users will also get the option of notify button, so if the user needs information about payment completion, then tap here. Along with this, a user who has been sent money will also receive a notification.
